- Tiredness or sleepiness at higher doses
- On-and-off erections over 1–5 hours after a dose
- Flushing, headache and blood-pressure changes
- Gum and cheek darkening; in one case the gum color was still visible 3 months after stopping
- Skin irritation or patchy color with creams; nosebleeds, infection, congestion or smell loss with sprays
- Serious case reports include melanoma, priapism, nerve-system illness and stimulant-like toxicity; how often they happen is unknown
Stop and get help if
- A painful or prolonged erection
- Chest pain
- Severe headache or vision changes
- Vomiting that won't stop, or an allergic reaction
- New or changing moles

- The FDA flags immune-reaction risk from peptide clumping and impurities in compounded products.
Avoid or check first
- Taking Cialis or Viagra — added priapism and heart concerns
- On blood-pressure medicines — effects on pressure are unpredictable

Wipe both tops
Wash your hands, then swab both rubber vial tops with alcohol. Let them dry.
Draw the water
Use a new sterile syringe to draw the water volume selected in the calculator.
Run it down the wall
Introduce the water slowly down the inside glass wall, rather than directly onto the powder.
Swirl, don’t shake
Gently swirl or roll the vial. Allow time for the powder to dissolve.
Label the vial
Write the preparation date and the amount and final volume on the vial label.

Subcutaneous injections go into the fatty layer beneath the skin. Common sites include the abdomen, outer thigh and upper arm. Keep at least 5 cm from the navel and avoid bruised, irritated or damaged skin.
