One-time offer contact
If you claim the one-time offer, you choose either an email address or a phone number. Monroe encrypts that contact and keeps a separate keyed match value so the same contact can be recognized at checkout. The contact is used only to issue and validate the offer, prevent repeat redemption, and record whether the offer was used. It does not subscribe you to email or text marketing, and no message is sent merely because you claimed it.
Authorized staff see a masked contact hint, offer status, and related order number in the private admin area. The full privacy and retention policy is still being finalized; contact us with any privacy or deletion questions.
Storefront analytics
After the entry acknowledgement, Monroe uses a private, self-hosted, cookie-free analytics service to count public storefront page views and limited site events. It processes browser and network information to estimate visits, devices, and countries; raw IP addresses are not stored in its analytics database. Search terms, referrers, age, contact details, and order references are not sent. Admin, account, order, checkout, and research-reading page views are excluded. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honored.
Analytics data stays on Monroe's VPS and is retained until deleted. The full privacy policy is still being finalized; contact us with any privacy questions.
