Start with a question.
What are peptides?
Peptides are molecules made from amino acids joined together by peptide bonds.
A name alone does not tell you how a particular product works, or whether it is suitable for personal use.

10 mg is an amount of material. Read the label to see whether it means per vial, per tablet, or per package.
A 5 mg and a 10 mg label describe different amounts. Neither label is an instruction for how much to use.
Read moreHow is purity different from amount?
A purity test compares the main substance with related impurities the method can detect. An amount test measures how much of a substance is present.
A chromatographic percentage describes detector response. It does not by itself tell you the milligrams in a vial or whether it is sterile.

A lab report describes tests on the submitted sample. Read the sample identity, result, units, method, and any stated test limit together.
Check that the report belongs to the selected batch. A result for one sample does not prove every item has the same result.

Freeze-drying removes water from frozen material under reduced pressure. The technical word is lyophilization.
It describes a drying process. It does not establish sterility, stability, or how a product should be prepared.

A blend contains more than one named component. Check the amount of each component separately.
The combined mass is not the mass of every ingredient. Combining substances does not establish a combined benefit or safety.

Community reports describe what people say. Studies investigate a defined question using a stated method. Batch tests measure a submitted sample.
These answer different questions. Discussion volume is not evidence of benefit, and a batch result is not a study in people.
