Lab resultsFOXO4-DRI, explained
FOXO4-DRI is an experimental peptide designed to interrupt a survival signal in aging cells.
What it’s used for
Senescence research
Cell and mouse work targets old cells that have stopped dividing.
Reproductive aging
Hormone and reproductive-aging examples concern older mice.
Fibrosis research
Inflammation and lung-scarring findings concern cell or animal research.
Tissue protection
Research into damage from chemotherapy remains early-stage cell or animal work.

Promising mechanisms remain unproven in people.
Side effects & safety
Side effects
- Burning or itching at the injection site
Stop and get help if
- Severe injection-site reaction or signs of infection
- Signs of an allergic reaction
- Loss of appetite or unusual fatigue
Avoid or check first
- Taking rapamycin, quercetin or corticosteroids — sources suggest they may interfere with it

How much people usually take
Anecdotal human translation (SubQ)
Every other day × 3 doses (75–100 mg total per cycle) · under the skin · 5 days per cycle (3 injections on days 1, 3, 5) · injectable
How to mix and store it
How many units do I draw?
The amount to measure exceeds the labelled amount in this vial.
How to mix5 steps
Wipe both tops
Wash your hands, then swab both rubber vial tops with alcohol. Let them dry.
Draw the water
Use a new sterile syringe to draw the water volume selected in the calculator.
Run it down the wall
Introduce the water slowly down the inside glass wall, rather than directly onto the powder.
Swirl, don’t shake
Gently swirl or roll the vial. Allow time for the powder to dissolve.
Label the vial
Write the preparation date and the amount and final volume on the vial label.
Injecting under the skinWhere, rotating sites, which syringe
Where
Subcutaneous injections go into the fatty layer beneath the skin. Common sites include the abdomen, outer thigh and upper arm. Keep at least 5 cm from the navel and avoid bruised, irritated or damaged skin.
Rotate sites
Change the spot each time. Clean the skin and let it dry.
Single-use equipment
Use a new sterile needle and syringe each time. Place used needles in a sharps container.
Storage
Storage
Refrigerated. Reported period: 7–10 days.
Combining it with others
Use caution

What the research says
Aging-cell experiments
Cell and mouse experiments found that FOXO4-DRI blocked a protein interaction and triggered controlled death in old cells that had stopped dividing.

Questions
What does 10mg mean?
It describes an amount of material in the unit stated on the label. It does not describe liquid volume, a dose, or how to prepare the product.
Read more about amountsDoes purity mean it is sterile?
No. Purity and sterility require different tests. An endotoxin result also does not establish sterility.
About testingCan I calculate concentration?
You need a mass in mg and either a final volume or a target concentration. IU and blends require separate, verified information.
