SLU-PP-332
What it’s used for
Lab & animal research
SLU-PP-332 is a small molecule, not a peptide, that switches on estrogen-related receptors (ERRs), which drive exercise-like changes in metabolism and mitochondria. People take it for endurance, fat loss and metabolic health, most often 250 mcg–1 mg a day by mouth, or 250 mcg–1.5 mg injected. All the evidence is from mice; there's no human dose or safety data, and its developers say it isn't absorbed well by mouth.
- Endurance Mice had more oxidative muscle fibers and ran longer on a treadmill.
- Fat loss & metabolism Studied in animal models of body fat, blood sugar, liver fat and energy use.
- Mitochondrial capacity Explored for building mitochondria, oxidative muscle remodeling and fat use.
- Organ & aging research Explored in heart, kidney, inflammation and cellular-aging research.
Side effects & safety
Side effects
No side effects documented yet.
Stop and get help if
- Signs of low blood sugar
- Chest pain, palpitations or shortness of breath
- Yellowing skin or eyes, or dark urine
- Peeing less than usual, or swelling
- Severe headache or an allergic reaction
Which symptoms mean call 911 or see a doctor
Avoid or check first if
- Taking insulin or metformin — blood-sugar effects may overlap
- Competing in tested sports — anti-doping labs have studied how to detect it
In sport
Likely banned at all times. An early-stage metabolic research compound, banned at all times either way: under S0 as an unapproved substance in 2026, then by name in S4.4.1 from 2027, which isn’t “specified,” so the default ban is longer.

Injecting under the skin Where, rotating sites, which syringe
- Where: belly (at least 2 in / 5 cm from the navel), front of the thigh, or back of the upper arm.
- Rotate sites each time and skip bruised, scarred or sore skin.
- Syringe: most people use a U-100 insulin syringe with a short, thin needle (29–31 gauge, 8 mm or shorter).
- How: wipe with alcohol and let it dry, pinch the skin, go in at 45–90°, push slowly. Use each syringe once.
General practice for under-the-skin injections, not specific to SLU-PP-332.

What the research says
Mostly animal studies
- All results come from mice and lab tests; there's no human dose, half-life or safety data.
- Its developers report it isn't absorbed well by mouth, so capsules and tablets may do little.
- Rodent weight-loss and endurance numbers aren't human forecasts.
- It doesn't dissolve in water, so bacteriostatic water won't work; lab studies used DMSO mixes that aren't proven safe for people.
- There are no quality-control standards, so product identity and purity can't be confirmed.
- Long-term and reproductive safety in people are unknown.
- There's no human-grade formulation; it's sold as a research chemical.
What studies found
- Exercise effects were measured in mice SLU-PP-332 increased oxidative muscle fibers and treadmill endurance in mice. Human exercise capacity, toxicity and dosing remain unverified.
- 2026 human-liver work is in vitro The metabolite study used liver fractions outside the body. It cannot supply a human plasma half-life or safe dose.
A half-life hasn’t been verified for this compound.
