Wolverine Stack
What it’s used for
Wolverine Stack means taking BPC-157 and TB-500 together, either as one blended vial or from separate vials. From a blended vial, most take 1 mg a day (500 mcg of each), starting at 500 mcg. People use it for tendon, ligament, muscle and joint injuries, wound healing and gut support. No trial has tested the combination — the evidence comes from separate research on each ingredient and one small knee-pain report.
- Injury repair Small human studies Used for tendon, ligament, muscle, joint and cartilage injuries. In a small knee-pain report, 3 of 4 people given BPC-157 plus TB4 improved.
- Wound healing Community reports Used for wound closure, scars and recovery after surgery.
- Exercise recovery Community reports Used to support recovery from exercise and training.
- Gut support Community reports Used for gut protection and chronic inflammation, including by mouth; how much oral TB-500 gets absorbed is unclear.
What to expect

Side effects & safety
Side effects
- An FDA review described one report of recurring skin and gum darkening after a BPC-157/TB-500 product; which ingredient caused it is unclear
Stop and get help if
- Unusual lumps or growths
- An injection site that looks infected or badly inflamed
- Signs of an allergic reaction
- Unexpected bleeding or bruising
- Headache that won't go away, or changes in vision
- Ongoing gut symptoms
Which symptoms mean call 911 or see a doctor
Avoid or check first if
- Cancer or cancer concerns — there's a theoretical worry about new blood-vessel growth (angiogenesis)
- On chemotherapy — avoid the combination
- Pregnant or breastfeeding — safety is unknown
- Taking blood thinners — the bleeding risk hasn't been measured
In sport
Banned at all times. Both parts are named: BPC-157 in S0 and TB-500 in S2.3. A triathlete who used the pair got a four-year USADA ban in 2025 that also covered promoting peptides online.

How to mix 5 steps with bacteriostatic water · vial check
How to mix
- 1 Wipe both tops Wash your hands, then swab the rubber tops of the peptide vial and the water vial with alcohol. Let them dry.
- 2 Draw the water Use bacteriostatic (BAC) water — sterile water with a preservative, sold for mixing peptides . With a new sterile syringe, draw the amount you entered in the calculator. A 1 mL syringe filled twice is 2 mL.
- 3 Run it down the wall Push the needle into the peptide vial at an angle and let the liquid trickle down the glass, not onto the powder.
- 4 Swirl, don’t shake Gently swirl or roll the vial until the liquid is completely clear. Give it a few minutes if needed.
- 5 Label the vial Write the date and what you mixed (for example 5 mg + 2 mL) on the vial.
This is general practice. If your product came with its own diluent or instructions, follow those. Not sure what to buy? See the supplies checklist .

Good signs
- White freeze-dried powder
- Clear after mixing
Can be normal
- Minor clumping acceptable
Don’t use if
- Collapsed or discolored
- Cloudy or particles
Injecting under the skin Where, rotating sites, which syringe
- Where: belly (at least 2 in / 5 cm from the navel), front of the thigh, or back of the upper arm.
- Rotate sites each time and skip bruised, scarred or sore skin.
- Syringe: most people use a U-100 insulin syringe with a short, thin needle (29–31 gauge, 8 mm or shorter).
- How: wipe with alcohol and let it dry, pinch the skin, go in at 45–90°, push slowly. Use each syringe once.
General practice for under-the-skin injections, not specific to Wolverine Stack.

What the research says
Untested in people
- No trial has tested the combination; studies of each part alone don't show added benefit or that the blend is safe.
- Some research used full-length thymosin beta-4, not the shorter TB-500 fragment.
- There's no standard blend ratio, so the amount of each peptide per dose depends on the mix.
- How the blend behaves in the human body hasn't been studied.
- No verified mixing or sterility instructions exist for the blend.
What studies found
- No direct blend trial verified Component research and reviews do not establish additive benefit or a validated blend schedule.
- Retrospective knee-pain BPC-157 report 16 respondents: 12 received BPC-157 alone (11 improved); four received BPC-157 plus TB4 (three improved). No control group or validated functional measures; 87.5% overall is not evidence of stack synergy or TB-500-fragment efficacy.

How this page was made
How it may work: Proposed complementary repair signaling is largely extrapolated from separate compounds and full-length Tβ4.

Preparation in studies: A product-specific preparation or sterility protocol has not been verified.
87.5% figure comes from a small uncontrolled knee review, not a Wolverine Stack efficacy trial.
